Proview UPS Support sucks

I bought a New PC, New CRT Monitor and a New Proview 700VA UPS few months ago .

Just after 1 week of use, the UPS started the problem. Reboots when Power-Cut, where it should give some backup time.

As within warranty, Engg came. The engineer is just one step ahead from a illiterate person.
He changed a big IC, but no solve. Requested me for more time (weeks) to change the entire circuit board of the UPS.

Yesterday, he came again. I was not at home, I was at office. My father was at home, but he is not that computer geek, just a general user.
He changed the UPS board and when ON the PC starts. But to test, when he manually OFF the main supply to simulate power-cut, the PC totally shuts-down. But after that PC never starts. Not even from direct power-supply.

He tried to force my father to sign a doc (successful repair form) but he (father) refused.
He got angry, became rude to my father, gave lots of 'gayan' and then ran away......

Next-day, I talked to their BOSS directly. I said that your Engg burnt my SMPS and also might have some PC hardware failure which is yet to be detected.
As the SMPS is till under warranty, so I don't want anything but I want refund for my UPS. I don't want it anymore.

He started the conversation with 'tu' instate of 'aap' !!
He refuses saying a UPS can't kill a SMPS/PC. "Go whatever you want to do".
with some 'tu' 'tu' threats.....

Thinking of going to the Consumer Court.
